With this week’s Product of the Week, we felt like keeping it in-house. We’ve sourced out a great young British brand whose accessories provide us with the perfect summer colour filler.
Tuk Tuk are an online-based company that produce a variety of menswear items from floral shirts to chambray tote bags. The most outstanding feature about all their products is their use of colour; they fuse many of the items with unusual colour-ways. We picked out their green and white woven leather belt to focus on.
Using London’s Gherkin (30 St. Mary Axe) with its woven style glass paneling as the perfect backdrop to style up our summer fit, we started snapping.
Now onto the look….
We simply wanted to highlight the colour of the belt, so we matched it with a pair of navy carrot fit chinos.
A simple salmon crew-neck sweater provided a fresh injection of colour. Keeping it in the light pastel tone is key. We then layered a vintage green jacket ontop.
Finally we dropped a pair of salmon boat shoes to keep it within that spring/summer pastel trend. A classic brown leather holdall ties the whole look together.
