On March 1st Carhartt celebrated the opening of their new store! Located in East London’s Shoreditch, it’s looking to be a success as it boasts collaborations and limited edition pieces exclusive to that store alone.
Avid fans of the brand came and filled the building, which in the 1920’s used be a barbershop. The Carhartt team worked closely with master carpenter and East end legend Paul Campbell. The re-birth of the space took 6-7 months from start to finish sourcing materials from military barracks, Elms from Scotland, and art from Shohei Otomo (son of Katsuhiro Otomo, director of AKIRA).
Carhartt are well known for their camo print, and they do it well. The Settler jacket is a great piece to have in your wardrobe – heres one way we think you should be wearing it!
