This time around I wasn’t thinking of how to keep your backs warm, I was simply trying to pull some killers right out of the bag!

Plus I wanted to showcase some of the nicest pieces from spring/summer which are now live on most Internet sites and are currently being stocked in most retail stores too.

Check out this Hawaiian jacket from Heritage research. I’ve been keeping a close eye on this brand! They love exciting prints and it all seems to work well with their designs.

I also wanted to show you all this pork pie hat by Christy’s hats. I bought this the other day, it’s a real stunner and if you’re into hats a must have!

Last but not least those boots. There’s nothing much else to say about them other than … those boots!

Hey guys, happy new year to you all.

It feels like it’s been a while since I’ve put together one of my outfit combinations for all you lovely readers out there.

So we start the new year with our 60th look! An amazing achievement I must say. This week we begin with  a work-wear style jacket layered up with a chunky knit, chinos, tapered fitting cargo style pants (within reason) and even denim if you dare.

A white or a pale blue shirt will work well underneath with possibly a vintage scarf to complete the look. Keeping it Krispy is the only way to start the year.

Welcome to the look week 57!

By fusing brands that consist of both French and British heritage, I have created a very modern version of a casual 70′s look.

You’ll find a lot of deck style jackets with faux fur out in the stores right now but it’s all about picking the right one.

Once you do it’s so easy to pull this look off! One of my favourites ways to do this is by teaming this timeless jacket with a zip style

cardigan, a floral print shirt and a pair of bright slim fit trousers (just to brighten up those dreary winter days).

They say fashion rotates and comes full circle … it sure does!

Self came to being in 2007 and has gained quite a following in the ‘creative’ community. The brands’ foundations lie in Utilitarianism, garments with fuctionality.

A classic white Oxford button-down is like a blank canvas for you to paint a sartorial piece of art. That statement was a bit over the top but still very true! Alfie-Lee’s look works even better because he didn’t try and use another shade of beige or brown to co-ordinate this ensemble. And those desert boots – big fan!

Now I spotted Paul on my journey back home, my carriage went past him as he was standing on the platform. So I did what anyone else would do, jumped out the carriage and ran along the platform (evasively dodging the crowd) looking into the train until I found him…that IS what everyone else would do right?

Anyway we got talking and he was an extremely interesting man. So much so that I completely forgot to ask his occupation and where he would never shop, we got caught up in art history. This bold check 3-piece he acquired from Hackett… enough said really.
